Updating billing details

If your billing details change, you can update them in the Dashboard.

You must be an Admin user of the organization to access the Organization Settings tab or to make any changes to the account billing.

To update your billing details:

  1. Go to your Organizations tab.
  2. Click the name of the organization you want to update billing details for.
  3. Click the Organization Settings tab.
  4. Click Modify.
  5. You can add or update billing information including the cardholder name, billing address, contact email, and credit card details. To update or change your credit card information, click Update Card and reenter your credit card number, expiry date, and the CVC number on the back of your card.
  6. Click Save to save any changes to your billing information.
